Sarah Robinson:
I started out on my 12-weeks of coaching aiming to move a little closer to my goal of a career change. However, as often happens, life events unfolded that required more immediate attention and Nushin was with me every step of the way. For example, necessity required that I take sole financial responsibility for our family, and with her support I was able to take on a new role that really stretched me. She helped me find new responses to my usual triggers, and to start to bring a magic to the everyday.
Nushin was always flexible in negotiating mutually convenient sessions and, most notably in response to an unexpected crisis in our family, she offered additional support, for which I was incredibly grateful at a time of need.
Most amazingly of all on this journey, however, was a depth of support that I had never expected through coaching. In our early sessions we tackled some challenges for me that had previously seemed completely intractable, despite having had previous counselling and therapy. Here, Nushin’s own life experience gave her great insight into what might be helpful, and with the gift of this I was able to move through some long-held feelings and see some important relationships in a different light.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending choosing Nushin as your coach – she has been a wonderful and inspiring life support over the last three months.
Mira West:
”I can honestly say that my coaching journey with Nushin has been a life-changing experience for me. Far from being the rigorous, faced paced programme with smart targets and strict deadlines that I envisaged and feared I might fail at, the process has instead been gentle, flexible and organic – with Nushin insightfully perceiving exactly what was required and pulling the perfect activity from her toolkit at each session. She has taken time to listen carefully and really learn about my situation, and has been able to understand my challenges and summarise them for me in a way that has helped me see each situation with clarity. Throughout the process Nushin kept me on track and made sure any intentions were followed up, but always with compassion and empathy. She has a knack for asking the right questions, to get straight to the heart of the matter.
As well as a wealth of practical tools and solutions, the guided meditations and embodiments that Nushin took me through have been a beautiful experience, which I am sure have created a myriad of subliminal, almost magical changes that permeate every aspect of my day to day life. Following the coaching I have realised that I am simply more comfortable in my own skin, and in my own head. I am confidently setting boundaries at work and in relationships, feeling calmer when faced with decisions, and generally feel more like I am ‘surfing’ the waves of my emotions, rather than drowning in them. Our work with the Power Types was a particularly validating experience, and led to a real ‘lightbulb moment’, realising that my own characteristics have real value and that I don’t need to hide who I am or struggle to put on a persona that doesn’t ‘fit’ – when what I need to deal with challenging situations is already within me.
Thank you Nushin! I will always be grateful for your guidance on this journey.”
Sue Jackson:
I had really come to a stand-still in my life I began to feel that all the decisions I had made over the last two years had all been bad ones and I felt that I was not the person I once was. I wanted so much to start moving forward in a positive way but it felt like my head was spinning and my feet were glued to the ground. I was introduced to the idea of having a life coach by a friend and I am so pleased that I was introduced to Nushin from One Of Many. The sessions were so valuable to me and Nushin helped me find my way through a sticky time by helping me to find the tools to focus my mind which then led to me releasing my feet and gradually moving in a direction that has been beneficial not only to me but to the people around me. Thank you Nushin for helping me move forward the future now looks positive and bright.
Jenny Marshall:
‘Nushin and I found we had a shared pre-life – journalism – which gave us a kind of shorthand understanding of each others’ mindset that turned out to be the key to unlocking my being stuck.
‘She started by bringing clarity to the ideas I was wrestling with, methodically removing obstacles in my path with a series of thought experiments. This not only connected me to my truest wishes, but also illuminated that my apparent negative blocks might have some rather less than realistic elements.
‘Most brilliantly though, she questioned a seeming positive plan, which I think had actually become a hurdle. We discussed how this could an expression once again of my training, where I prefer to sit in the comfort of analysis from afar, rather than taking action. This was quite a realisation that I could see threaded back to a previous initiative I’d had that did not progress.
‘Thank you so much Nushin for casting some much needed light on my path.’
Lauren S:
” I had a fantastic session with Nushin. I have often struggled to gain perspective over the factors of my life I consider problematic, which has held me back at times. Nushin looked at my life holistically, without judgement, and helped me to identify the areas I can (and cannot) control. I have manageable strategies in place to make positive changes in the short and long term and feel excited about moving forwards and being a better ‘me’. Thank you Nushin! “
